Coated Pipes
NIS coated pipes
are cold rolled steel pipes coated with plastic
to give various color selections. Standard pipes
are 28mm(norminal OD) with 1mm thick core steel
pipes. 2mm thick coated pipes are also available
for heavy loading applications.

Stainless Pipes
NIS Stainless pipes are widely used in more stringernt
areas, such as clean room, food processing areas, and corrosive areas.
Stainless pipes provide an environmentally friendly alternative to
coated pipes at comparable price range. Standard pipes are 28mm(norminal OD)
with 0.7mm thick. 1.2mm thick stainless pipes are also available for heavy
applications.

NIS offers high strength and ultra performance
metal joints to maximize the use of exceptional structural
capacity that our products provide. Metal joints are bolted
together to connect one pipe with another to form desired
frameworks. NIS joints are designed and manufactured to
give optimized grip strengths on each pipe that they
connect together. This ensures structural integrity and
longevity of the systems you build.
Following tests exhibit rotational and pull grip
strengths with respect to the various bolt torques.

NIS Rollers are constructed in galvanized
steel formed frame with polyethylene rollers. Metal
axles are used to assemble the rollers in the frame
to facilitate minimized rolling resistance and withstand
loading impacts. Rollers are also properly sized to provide
smooth gravity flow of various types and sizes of containers.
